Purpose Statement
This Professional Limited Liability Company is organized for the purpose of providing legal services, including but not limited to constitutional litigation, civil rights advocacy, and personal legal matters on behalf of the sole member. The firm operates exclusively as a vehicle for the licensed attorney-member to engage in legal proceedings involving his own interests or rights which often have collateral benefit for the People. The structure provides appropriate professional and legal separation between the member’s litigation activities and his private work. All legal services will be rendered in accordance with Utah law and the Utah Rules of Professional Conduct
